Yesterday I spotted an article in USA Today about how suburbia is sprouting up around the world. It seems that growing middle class populations around the world want to chase at least part of 'the American Dream'.
Owning a little piece of property outside the hustle and bustle of the city is desirable across Latin America, China and in Eastern Europe. It's kind of touching that there are towns on the outskirts of Beijing named Yosemite and Napa Valley. Capitalism is funny how it makes people do the darnest things -- like moving out of the neighborhood and start new communities.
